TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once you accepted our program implies acceptance of our terms and conditions by a deposit of 40% of the total agreed over the expense of the bank transaction. The balance must be paid in full until 30 days before the start of your trip.

• CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
  If the passenger wishes to cancel the trip back will be in the following manner:
  • if you cancel 45 days prior to the travel Quenual Adventures will refund you the full deposit paid less $130 per person (bank transaction, fees and administrative costs) 70% of the agreed total (not including bank transaction costs).
  • If you cancel 45-21 days prior to the travel Quenual Adventures will return up to 65% of the total value of the trip.
  • If you cancel from 20 to 10 day prior to travel Quenual Adventures will return up to 50% of the total value of the trip.
  • If you cancel 9 to 2 days of travel the no-show on the day of departure agreed or interruption of the trip by his party for any reason will not result in any refund. * In the case of service of a Trek if you cancelled the trip for health reasons (altitude, physical deficiency...) will not result in any refund.
• REDUCTION IN GROUP SIZE IF 1 OR MORE PARTICIPANTS CANCEL THEIR TRIP
  • if there is cancellation of the trip by 1 or more participants from a private trip could increase the cost of the trip for each person since price per person is calculated based on the number of participants and is valid only if this issue remains.
• MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROGRAM
  • justified as social movements, climatic events, natural disasters and security reasons. Quenual Adventures reserves the right to change the means of transport, accommodation, routes as well as schedules of tours
  • Quenual Adventures is not responsible for the consequences generated by any type of alteration of the program produced by closure of airports, weather, natural disasters, delays flights, political situations, war, strike, change of aircraft type or any other force majeure circumstances, the additional costs generated by these situations are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the deposit paid customer may not modify the program without approval of Quenual Adventures since can be applied sanctions, cancellation or modification applied by providers of services already reserved or paid.
• FORMALITIES
  • Clients are required to comply with local regulations on customs, passport, vaccines; Quenual Adventures is not responsible for the possible consequences of failure to comply with a formality. 2.5 risks and insurance
  • the Agency Quenual Adventures does not provide life insurance and accident in the activities (tours, trekking and climbing), Quenual Adventures acts as an intermediary but always choosing transportation with license and insurance companies and are only responsible for any accident or damage; Quenual Adventures does not provide insurance.
